The original 5Rhythms 'radio wave', first broadcast live on Resonance FM in London in 2004. This is a 90-minute session featuring a half-hour warm-up, a spoken introduction to the 5Rhythms, and an hour-long wave with some spoken guidance. It was mixed live and on-air in the Resonance studio in Soho, with one dancer in the space and a completely unknown number in the Resonance signal area, reaching central London on the FM dial and the world through their internet stream...
